Me: Dad I think that sometimes I try to help and change people.
Dad: That's not a bad thing.
Me: It is when I try to change them and want them to do things the way I do them.
Dad: Oh yeah that is not so good. I don't think it is a bad thing that you try to point out where people can grow. But that doesn't mean that they need to do it the way you do it.
Me: I guess I just need to realize that I am not the Potter, I am the clay.
Dad: Not always.
Me: What?
Dad: Sometimes you are the table.
Me: What does that even mean?
Dad: Just that sometimes God will use you so that He can mold people.
